  • The Complimentary Night may be redeemable immediately once you are entitled and may be redeemable for another Guest.
  • Booking for redemption of Complimentary Night must be made directly through our Hotel.

  • Bookings made under our Weekly and/or Monthly Rates are entitled to complimentary laundry worth RM 10.00 per day.
  • The complimentary laundry can be accumulative throughout your entire stay.
  • The complimentary laundry will be instantly deducted from your laundry bill upon your check out (Eg. RM10 x no. of nights stayed).
  • The complimentary laundry is only applicable to your laundry bill. In the event that your laundry bill is lesser than your entitlement, the amount discounted will be the total laundry bill only.
